Myron Arlen, M.D., F.A.C.S

Dr.  Myron Arlen graduated with his medical degree in 1957 from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He then completed his internship and surgical residency at Jewish Hospital of Brooklyn. 

Dr. Arlen's post graduate experience includes:

    June 1962-1965

  • Sloan Kettering Institute Research
    Fellowship
    July 1964-1965

  • National Cancer Institute
    Research Fellowship
    July 1963-1965

Dr. Arlen  is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and for the last 25 years has been an attending physician in the division of the surgical oncology department of surgery, North Shore University Hospital.

Dr. Arlen has been a teaching professional, with numerous organization and committee appointments and has over 80 publications, including two text books.
